Kenneth Crawford2022-03-25I've been very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of Eileen and her crew. When their initial survey of our contiguous properties revealed that the retaining wall did not actually follow the property line, Eileen got all the plans together to enable us to apply for a Line Boundary Adjustment. When the plans required revisions, she responded in a timely manner and was always available to answer questions. Unlike a few larger surveying companies, True North doesn't have a person on staff to actually shepherd LBA requests through the approval process, but we did manage to do it ourselves and get final approval from the City of Seattle despite the problems inherent in SDCI's online system.
