Had a property in Renton/ Seattle boundaries that needed boundary surveying and staking report- communication is a little slow, but overall work was excellent. The work was done quickly, and the team was professional and friendly- Michael especially was very patient and overall awesome to work with. Would recommend!

Working with True North Land Surveying was terrific. Communication was excellent, the timeline was exactly as they estimated and the finished product was exactly what we needed. Six months later, our contractor asked for a copy of the CAD file and it was provided within 10 minutes of my email request. I highly recommend working with the True North team for any of your surveying needs.

I've been very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of Eileen and her crew. When their initial survey of our contiguous properties revealed that the retaining wall did not actually follow the property line, Eileen got all the plans together to enable us to apply for a Line Boundary Adjustment. When the plans required revisions, she responded in a timely manner and was always available to answer questions. Unlike a few larger surveying companies, True North doesn't have a person on staff to actually shepherd LBA requests through the approval process, but we did manage to do it ourselves and get final approval from the City of Seattle despite the problems inherent in SDCI's online system. Full marks to Eileen, and to Ken and Taylor for their help in getting everything surveyed and getting the corner markers installed.
